Stats for Friday

  • Total calories: 1555 (that's including a trip to Five Guys AND ordering pizza last night! I'm getting the hang of portion control finally)
  • Total calories burned: about 150 (I took a walk after lunch but didn't workout)
  • 2 cigarettes
  • was in bed by 10:30pm, went to sleep about 11pm (really boring for a Friday night, I know, but I was SO tired from staying up so late every night earlier in the week! I'm sure I'll make up for it tonight lol)
Hope everyone is having a great weekend so far - I'll post some about Jackie Warner's book later, but so far I'm really impressed with it and can't wait to start a new routine.
