Well, I did workout today... but I was really lazy about it and didn't really push myself at all.. and I only did it for about 25 minutes. :-\ I had no motivation today really plus I have this crappy upper-respiratory thing going on and that makes cardio suck even more than it already does.
So I was thinking about the whole "Stats day of" thing I said yesterday - and I don't think that's gonna work so well. Right now I just finished dinner, but I'm going out for a little while tonight so I won't have an accurate count on things like cigarettes and money-spent until tomorrow.. or late tonight, and I'm just not gonna force myself to blog before bed every night. I tend to be more interested in blogging during the days anyways.
Also tomorrow I want to share some thoughts on exercise fads. :)
